We managed to survive a 'gluten free' birthday tea (August 16th). Jasper requested a 'footy cake' and had a very happy day! We didn't 'risk' organising a party, but instead just had a family dinner.

Happy 5th Birthday!
We managed to survive a 'gluten free' birthday tea (August 16th). Jasper requested a 'footy cake' and had a very happy day! We didn't 'risk' organising a party, but instead just had a family dinner.
My journey with autism.......AND coeliac disease!
Forgot to mention....Jasper was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in October 2009. Oh well, what is one more condition to deal with?
It's been a while.....

Wow! How long has it been? 16 months or so it seems. So why the silence? I jumped off a bridge in desperation? I strangled Jasper? I ran away from home? I am too busy, curled up in the foetal position in the corner, rocking?? Hmmmm...none of the above (although all those options have been, at one time or another, quite tempting).
No, I am happy to say that I am still here, we are all still alive and life is .......... not too bad, albeit crazy, busy. Most importantly, Jasper is thriving :)
